Other things to note This building is ran on a central heating and air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat or air depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Check in is 4PM and Check out is 11AM unless previously discussed with host.
