The Breck Studio is a cozy studio layout located in Riverbend Condominiums. It is truly ski-in/ski-out, steps away from the Snowflake lift as well as being able to ski directly back to the condo! Our building offers numerous amenities to make your stay comfortable, including: Indoor & Outdoor hot tub, Sauna, Steam Room, in-building laundry, heated garage parking, and private ski-lockers. Take the bus from the bus-stop hundreds of feet away or walk 14 minutes to the lively Main Street. The space This condo offers a distributed layout offering a living area separated from the main sleeping area, which provides a feeling similar to a 1 bedroom. This layout offers great stays for couples, close friends, or families, but there is not a large amount of sleeping privacy. The petite yet well stocked kitchenette separates the two rooms, with a 2 burner cooktop & fridge. Enjoy well stocked utensils and cookware. The kitchenette will also be stocked with fresh Breckenridge Coffee Roasters coffee. The bedroom offers a comfortable Queen size bed, newly replaced Winter 2023. Use the bedside tables with lamps that have USB plugs to keep your devices topped up. A fan and Humidifier are provided in the unit to help you sleep comfortably. The living room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa with a like-new mattress, a large dining room table great for eating meals or working if needed! The recliner chair completes the seating in the room, all focused around a gorgeous gas fireplace with TV above (Roku included, bring your streaming service credentials). (Fireplace is only able to be turned on during the winter months (Nov -April) in order to keep the unit cooler when warm out.) The common areas offer a private ski-locker to securely store your skis/snowboards. There is a comfortable indoor & outdoor hot tub that you can relax in at the end of a day on the slopes or hiking! There is also a modern exercise room available. The bathroom is split into two rooms, one room has the toilet and a vanity, and the second has a spacious tub and shower along with a second vanity. Disclaimer about temperature control - The heating for the unit is powered by a shared boiler. By design the building is set to warmer, rather than cooler. Guests can use the window to reduce the temperature. The unit does not have A/C. Guest access **Important Parking Information** -- A parking pass is included in the unit, so parking is not available before the check-in time of 4PM. The unit is frequently booked back to back, so early check-ins to have access to parking are rare, but please ask before booking if this is critical for your stay. Parking garage has a maximum allowed height of 7’ 2”. All parts of the condo are accessible except for one portion of the closet (other half of the closet is for guest use). Access to building amenities is determined by the condo property management, due to maintenance they may be unavailable without notice.
