*Please note, this guesthouse is only available for rentals of 30 nights or longer* Spruce Wood Too is located on historic 3rd Ave & is a short walking distance to Main Ave, an abundance of restaurants & shops, the Animas River/river trail, close to Fort Lewis College, and multiple hiking/biking trails. The garage will fit one standard sized vehicle & has extra space for bike/ski equipment. You'll also have your own fenced yard. By booking you agree to all House Rules & Guest Safety. The space The bedroom has one queen sized bed with a new memory foam mattress, and a walk-in closet that has a large 4-drawer dresser, is equipped with hangers and an iron/ironing board. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, but no tub. The living room has a couch with electric recliner on both ends. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & has a bar table to eat at. *outside grill and some yard furniture is only available outside of winter months Guest access This unit is downstairs to a 4 bedroom house. The space is completely separate, unit A cannot access unit B, and vice-versa. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are accepted, but cats are not allowed. The laundry room is not in the unit, but the entrance is just a few feet from your front door. The upper part of the yard is private property. Please only utilize the lower yard. The unit above runs on a steam heating system. When it is running steam through the pipes, and because the house is historic, you are able to hear a knocking noise above the bedroom (just in the winter months). You can also hear walking (and music if being played) from above when the tenants are home so we strictly enforce quiet time from 10:00pm-8:00am. We have included a white noise machine in the bedroom to help people that are sensitive to noise when sleeping. High speed 400 mbps Wi-Fi is in this unit, but if you are needing a designated workspace, DurangoSpace is a co-work space within walking distance.
