High Speed Wi-Fi, Rene Pierre Foosball table. Access to Playground, 5 Tier Pond & Campfire area in the development. 2 master king bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with queen & twin beds. Wood burning fireplace and decks wonderful views. $45 fire pit fee (optional) (No motorcycles or trailers allowed inside the community) The space As of April 2021, the appliances have been upgraded, a gas stove was installed, the flooring was replaced in some areas, a half bath has been added to the main level, the fireplace was converted from wood to gas, gas fire pit added to the outside deck $45 fee, a Rene Pierre Foosball table has been added to the loft, all the mattresses have been replaced with new ones, and a twin bed has been added to the queen bedroom upstairs. 1st Floor: Living Room, brand new Smart TV 43", (wood fireplace) Dining Room (seating for 8), Kitchen, Keurig Coffee Maker, Master Bedroom with King size bed, TV & full bath. 2nd Floor: (upstairs), 2nd Master Bedroom with (1) King bed & full bath; also has unique built-in dormer swing. 3rd Bedroom with (1) Queen bed & twin bed, full bath. The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles, slingshots or trailers in the community. Just about 15 minutes away from Smoky Mountain Retreat follows into the strip with plenty of shops to visit such as for ice cream, crafts, gems, food, and souvenirs. Also Wheels Through Time a historical motorcycle museum. Following Maggie Valley also visit Cherokee where Harrah’s Casino is located, then explore into the Blue Ridge Parkway for breathtaking views. Downtown Waynesville that is also about 15 minutes away walk through and visit restaurants, shops & breweries. Asheville that is approximately 35 minutes explore Americas Largest Home, The Biltmore Mansion. Sierra Nevada Brewing Company and tour the production facility.
