It is 2 blocks from Lake Champlain, the Echo Science Center, and bike path and 3 blocks from Burlington's iconic Church Street Marketplace. We are a mile from the University (UVM) and University Medical Center. The Loft is upstairs from August First Bakery, next to Anjou consignment store and Restaurant Poco. The location offers a great slice of what Burlington has to offer. The space Loft BTV is a large, bright, and open 1200sf second floor space with wood beams, skylights, and hardwood flooring throughout. It is the only residential unit in the building boasting a brand new bathroom with cork flooring, pedestal sink, toilet, and shower. The master bedroom is fully enclosed with a queen sized bed. Guest access While the first floor entryway and exterior door are shared with the bakery during the day, the entire second floor (the loft) is dedicated solely to the guest. The guest has control over the locks to the door to the apartment. Other things to note The Burlington Waterfront is about two blocks to the West. There you will find the Echo Center which exhibits and celebrates the wonders of the Lake Champlain basin. Along the lake in both directions there are miles of the Burlington City bike path. To the North there is the Burlington Boathouse Restaurant (seasonal), a boardwalk with stunning views, skateboard park, exercise stations, and North beach swimming area. Going South you'll find the Spot restaurant and bar (seasonal) located on the outside of the City Harbor boat slips. Going farther ( preferably by bike), you can reach Oakledge Park which is a great park for picnics with tennis courts, swimming areas, and barbecue pits.
