Three-bedroom, two-bath home, located in the Bayshore Beach Club community, offers easy access to Alsea River to the east and the sandy beaches to the west walk to the ocean beach, bay beach, seasonal pool, gym and club house. (ADDITIONAL FEE FOR SEASONAL HEATED POOL AND CLUB HOUSE). Home is centrally located you can see a lot in just a short trip yet still feel relaxed and away from it all. PET FRIENDLY-with approval. Sorry NO boats or RV's parking allowed HOA rules. Guest access Please note: Bayshore Beach Club: ADDITIONAL FEES REQUIRED FOR USE. Vacation renters (short-term, less than 20 days) MAY PAY Beach Club to use the seasonal pool and recreation facilities daily. A rental receipt must be provided before access. Other things to note Pet Friendly - note additional cleaning fee when your pet visits! PLEASE note in message when booking that you are bringing a furry friend! BOAT/RV PARKING MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL.
