Fully equipped kitchen on main level, and wet bars on upper and lower levels. Additional fridge on lower level for easy access when BBQ. Large levelled grounds with sand beach. Deep water dock, beach volleyball setup, 2 large fire pits. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except private storage areas. No vehicle access beyond driveway. Front driveway and lawn can fit 6-10 vehicles. Boat launch is about 2 minute drive on Gull River. Shadow lake is a short boat or kayak right through the bay area. Other things to note The cottage is located right off Hwy45, right by a large bay area connecting Gull River and Shadow Lake with acres of almost private water surface. Water in the bay area is deep with plants which makes it a great habitant to fish.
