Loft in Salt Lake City

Stay in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, in our newly remodeled and sunny loft. Upstairs has a king bed, sofa bed, and skylight. The main floor has a full bath, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, office, and living room. You will be within walking distance from Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center, and a great collection of restaurants and museums. You can work from home with our blazing fast internet! Long term stays only, pets incur an extra $150 cleaning fee. The space This loft is in a converted electronics warehouse, and has retained many elements of its history. It has exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, and industrial decor. Work from the home with ease! The internet is blazing fast: fiber gigabit internet. The office has a new 32" external monitor as well. Bring out your gourmet chef! You'll have a fully stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets, including an InstantPot, Ninja blender, hand mixer, toaster, coffee grinder, Nespresso machine, french press, full spice rack, dutch oven, and more. For climbers - there is a wood grips hangboard, as well as multiple guidebooks to climbing in the area. Guest access You will have the whole loft to yourself. You will also have a dedicated parking spot in the loft's gated parking area. Other things to note Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, strictly enforced. No smoking anywhere in the warehouse complex. Only cats and dogs under 25 pounds allowed. Pets incur an extra $150 cleaning fee. We have a reserved parking spot for you in our gated parking lot - you're welcome to park your car there as long as it's not a truck or a van - passenger cars only allowed as per HOA rules.
