This unit is located on a small, quiet street, right across the street from the beach and about a 2 min walk to the sand. There is a washer and dryer, outdoor shower and great patio out front for entertaining. It comes with 2 tandem parking spaces in the garage. The Surf Bungalow is located on 40th street. It is a small, quiet street within walking distance to Lido Village, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and the pier and boardwalk and right across the street from the beach.
