UNM Campus (1.5 mi), Presbyterian Hospital (2.5 mi), & Old Town Albuquerque (5 mi) are minutes away. Accommodation is fully furnished & has laundry facility (washer & dryer’s) and exercise area in the building. The space Modern one bedroom condo (500 sq. ft.) located on the first floor of the building. There is granite kitchen countertops & built-in study desk in the bedroom. It’s fully furnished & includes a well equipped kitchen, living room with large, flatscreen smart TV & comfortable lounge chair, sleeper sofa, and full size bed in the bedroom. All the cookware and appliances you need, including a coffee maker & toaster are provided. On site BBQ grill, laundry & work out area. Guest access The building is secure with gated, off-street parking and covered assigned parking spots. One covered parking space is included in the rent. Visitors parking is free and a second vehicle space is available for $60/month . Other things to note Condo is quiet & convenient, with many restaurants, bars, and cafés just down the street on Central Avenue in heart of Nob Hill. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Albuquerque, Heart of the Land of Enchantment, is provided for your stay. Just bring your food & toothbrush, and you’re set! No pets unless pre-approved (pet fee- $150/stay, nonrefundable) & NO smoking. ($250 mandatory fee for breaking either rule). For stays greater than 30 days, additional charge for electricity bills exceeding $100/mo (average is $70) & extra cleaning (if necessary). Mandatory $150 fee for lost keys or gate clicker.
