Pool heat is available with a surcharge but your Solana resort pool is heated year round and included for your use. You will find a fully equipped updated kitchen with plenty of utensils, cookware, dishes and flatware to prepare and serve you meals. The extra large granite island provides prep room as well as additional seating. The living room and dining room provide a relaxing area to dine or socialize. The family room is open to the kitchen and has a two story ceiling. Comfortable seating and a 55” flat screen Smart tv make it a true family room. The Primary bedroom is on the main floor and is spacious with a king size bed, walk-in closet, 40” flat screen smart tv and a pool view. The large en suite includes a walk-in shower and deep garden tub. The second floor offers a loft area with a 40” flat screen smart tv, xBox 360 console and comfortable seating.
