Kingsley Beach Cottage on Burt Lake is right off of 75N. A quick drive to several different towns that are great for day trips. Many marinas close by for boating. Mackinac Island docks about 20 min away. We want your family to create long-lasting memories during your stay just like we have done since the mid-90’s. I designed, take pride & still maintain the landscaping around the cottage. You can’t beat an up north sunset, clear skies to see the stars at night and being so close to the lake. This cottage was purchased by us in the mid- 90’s. Our family has enjoyed many memories at the cottage, day trips to the great surrounding cities (Petoskey, Harbor, Mackinac Island, Mackinaw City, Boyne, etc) Burt Lake is a clean and clear Lake enjoyed by many. The sunsets never get old and even better that they are around 10pm. A good way to end the day after a full day of fresh, Northern Michigan air. We want all that come through to enjoy our cottage and most of all respect the fact that we are sharing it with you to create your own memories. Your stay includes access to our cottage, spacious deck, parking, fire pits and of course beautiful Burt Lake. We are happy that you’ve chosen to spend your vacation at Kingsley Beach. Quick trips to Petoskey, Harbor Springs and historic Mackinac Island. It’s best to get around town by car. We are on a dirt road right off of the lake. This is a quiet road with several homes on beautiful Burt Lake. This home isn’t meant for parties. No pets No smoking, vaping, cigars in or around Kingsley Beach Boats may use dock and the fee is on a case by case basis. No A/C but there’s a good cross breeze between siding screen door and windows. We have fans and ceiling fans.
