Quick rides to Salt Springs, Silver Glen, or Jupiter Springs -it's all about the water and relaxation here! Bring a boat or rent one nearby. The area claims to be the "Bass Capital of the World"! Get your freshwater fishing, swimming, shrimping in nearby and/or visit the beaches/shopping in St. Augustine about an hour away. Pets accepted with a fee. We have THREE rentals on this canal! The space Working quality WiFi IS AVAILABLE! The home does not have a landline. Large grocery stores are about 20 mins away. Come prepared with meals, but Dollar General - about 5 mins away- carries enough groceries to get by with including frozen meats and fresh produce. Otherwise, the couple of restaurants in the area are highly recommended (menus in the house guestbook)! Smart ROKU tvs in all rooms and the living room has a Firestick with many extras such as, sports, your hometown local channels/news, and includes International channels! Guest access Full access to home and outside. Shed contains the washer and dryer for your use. And to store larger items during longer stay. Other things to note Drayton Island Ferry new boat ramp is 1.5 miles south & is free. Our property has plenty of parking space for truck(s) and trailers. We have a 25'2L x 9'W boat (not for rent). The property is 90' wide- plenty of room for several boats! (see photos) You can leave your boat in the water your entire stay, moor to floating dock or natural cypress roots.
