The house is located in Los Angeles County. We did remodeling in 2020. NOTE!!!! All Rooms are on the 2nd floor!! Please be aware of the difficulties to go up and down all day. We are two hosts, me with my mom, 3 guests will be sharing 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom. We have a full kitchen at the 1st floor. Simple cooking is accepted. No big, oily cooking. We provide basic stuffs. FYI, cameras are installed in the front yard, back yard and in the kitchen area. Welcome to our house. The space Please take Rosemead Library as reference of our house location, then you can do the research around and calculate the distance to where you want to go. We are only 13 miles to DTLA. In the center of Asian Community and it is 5 minutes walk to everything: Post office, Citi Bank, Bank of America, GW supermarkets, schools, etc.. Absolutely NO Smoking in the house/at the backyard/ in this gated community!! If smoking inside observed, $500 cleaning fee would be charged per occurrence. Guest access Laundry, kitchen and other common space Other things to note No pets. No additional guests if not mentioned before booking. No smoking, no parties, no overnight friends of guests. Street Parking is free, no permit required, but street sweeping on Tuesday morning. House Access Code and Room Code will be given on the arrival day.
