Relax at this stunning lake house on Lake Pistakee. Enjoy this cozy house with a private lakefront view on a sleepy dead end street. This lake house underwent a full rehab in 2019. House features its own private dock right on the water and includes 2 free kayaks, 2 free paddle boards, and a free paddle boat to use. Enjoy the fire pit overlooking the water and free gas grill (byow). Lake Pistakee is on the Chain o Lakes which includes 14 connected lakes The space Bedroom 1 features a king bed. Bedroom 2 features a twin over double bunk bed and a floor twin mattress. 800 sq ft total space Guest access Entire house Other things to note Outdoor fire pit available to use as well as a fishing pole. Please bring your own wood. Gas grill with propane provided. Swimming is allowed off the dock. Water depth at dock 2-5 ft. Boat and jet skis are not available for use, and not available for rent. There is no longer term boat docking allowed. Short term boat docking is allowed for pick up and drop off (water can get rough from boat chop). King bed is Memory foam with cooling gel infused by Tuft and Needle.
