San Jacinto from your own private patio, with large French doors that open up to breathtaking mountain views. Perfect for those wishing to visit the beautiful desert locale but still remain close to local conveniences, such as grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. Our space is professionally cleaned by hotel-trained housekeepers and features quality linens, freshly laundered for a good nights sleep. This is a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 full bathroom. --Amenities-- -A fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal with stainless steel full size appliances. It is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and coffee . -Bathroom includes fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap. -Ironing board + Iron -Hotel quality linens -Free Parking for ONE vehicle in the driveway --Pet Policy-- We allow Two dog per unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone. Do not allow your dog to disrupt the peace and serenity of the community. Other things to note Located in busy intersection. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat.
