The Simba Suites is the place to stay. Each suite is 1400 square feet. The suites are located in downtown Ouray within walking distances to retail shops, restaurants, the pool and Ouray Ice Park. Parties and events not allowed in condos. There is outdoor seating with chairs and table with grill on back fire escape with beautiful views of the mountains. We live within 3 blocks of the condo and our store is just below the condo. We own Ouray Mt. Sports and can help with cross country ski rentals, ice climbing rentals. The condo is in the heart of downtown Ouray within walking distance to the pool, shops, restaurants and the world known Ouray Ice Park. You can walk anywhere and everywhere. No events or parties allowed
