(STR-01525) The space We are right on the beach! the beach is your backyard!. And we are only minutes away to attractions like The Oleta River State Park, Gulfstream Park Racing/Casino, etc. You have an 8 minutes walk (0.4 miles south) from the apartment to where the shops plaza starts. If you walk 2 more minutes in the same direction (total of 10 minutes) you have a 24 hours CVS where you can find almost everything you may need, including pharmacy. And 2 more minutes in the same direction there's a Publix supermarket. So that makes it a total of 12 minutes walk if you go from the apartment straight to the supermarket (0.6 miles total). In the same plaza there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops, car rentals, banks, and lots of other shops. The Aventura Mall is only 1.3 miles west of the apartment. Parking: The building has valet parking at $30 a day. If you need parking, you can pay upon arrival. Guest access Our guests will have access to our entire apartment, with total privacy, and full access to all amenities in the lobby and basement of the building like our gorgeous and quiet beach, 2 swimming pools (adults and kids), fitness center with a sauna and a steam room, Laundry, pizzeria, bar & lounge, car rental, shopping, convenient store, excursions rental, vending machines, business center with computers, etc. Parking: The building has valet parking at $30 a day. This fee will be increased starting July 1st, 2024 Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The 50-year re certification process is underway, so ongoing work is being done on the building. This is an essential requirement of the City of Sunny Isles that the association must comply with, and it will take several weeks for all work to be completed and inspected. You might hear some strong noises due to this work. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concern with the booking.
