This home is magical, peaceful and fun. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood in DelRay Beach, near all-shopping, beach, and more. No parties allowed. The space This beautiful, tropical home is on a gorgeous wide canal, surrounded by fruit trees. The sun/game room serves as the 4th bedroom with a futon that opens into a full sized bed. There is also a futon in the living room. Guests can fish off the dock, sit and feed the ducks, and go kayaking in the 2 kayaks provided for an amazing fun adventure. The home is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood in DelRay Beach, near all, restaurants, shopping and the beach with public parking. This Tropical Villa has an amazing fun, and happy energy, that has our guests returning year after year! Guest access Guests have access to high speed internet, a comfortable work space, cable, HD TVs, 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks with life vests, pool table and ping pong table, basketball hoop, board games, new heated pool and jacuzzi, all the essential amenities to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our fun home is suitable for families with children, and pets. Guests also have access to starter toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash, and more... We do our best to ensure that our guests have a safe, enjoyable, comfortable and fun vacation experience. Other things to note Please note - The 4th bedroom is in the sun/game room with a futon that opens into a full sized bed.
