The cozy loft is located above the apiary workshop. It is a spacious, kind suite with a walk-in bath featuring a rainforest shower. Windows overlook the donkey pasture, river, farm, and gardens. Designed for a true retreat, there is no WiFi, TV, or smoking. For breakfast, travel on over to Sugar Water Restaurant to have a free breakfast with coffee, tea, juice, and more. The Loft includes a small refrigerator plus coffee and tea essentials. Please note: children are not permitted. The space This space is ideal for a solo escape, couples' getaway or retreat with a friend. Children are not permitted. Guests can enjoy a grill kit for the fire pit, puzzles, and games. With no WiFi or TV, it's the perfect place to unplug, though cell service is available and personal hotspots may work depending on your carrier. Sugar Water Manor is a 100% smoke-free property, including cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vapes, and similar items. Guest access Guests have access to all of the nearly 115 acres of Sugar Water Manor. The owners live on the property in Clifton Manor, a historic home on the Manokin River. Guests may use kayaks, SUP, and other items on property. Other things to note We are a 100% smoke-free property. No Pets We are a working farm with rescue animals. It is not an environment for cutest, most well-behaved pets, but we would love to see their pictures. Breakfast As a guest of the Loft, breakfast is on us! Every morning you will receive a small breakfast treat, freshly made and perfect with a cup of coffee. For a more hearty breakfast, drive on over to Sugar Water Restaurant and enjoy a delicious breakfast on us. Just tell the staff you are staying at the Loft and sit back and relax. Breakfast is from 7-11 AM Monday-Friday with brunch from 10 AM-4 PM on Saturday and 10 AM-2 PM on Sunday.
