Welcome to Katie's House. located in Oceanside Village within walking distance of the beach. You will have your own private room with Victorian type décor and a private detached bath. The house is equipped with wifi, a kitchen sitting room, living room and laundry room for you to use as you wish. Continental Breakfast is served at 9am daily. Ample off street parking is available. There are three canine hosts on location. The space This iconic modern pink Victorian home offers vintage surroundings featuring oak wainscoting and trim, Brazilian cherry wood and tile flooring as well as carpets imported from England. Our home is over 3000 sqf with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, both upstairs and floor level patios, a cozy living room with fireplace and a spacious family room with tv, puzzles and lots of games upstairs. Guest access You will access to your own private bedroom and detached bathroom along with full access to our living room, sitting room with fire place, laundry room, kitchen and patio as you wish. During your stay I will be in and out throughout the day but am always available to answer any questions and to make your stay as unforgettable as possible. If I can't be found at the house, I am always available via phone, text or email. I enjoy visiting with my quests but don't want anyone to feel pressured to socialize, so I'll let you set the tone on how much interaction we have. I look forward to hosting you in our lovely home!
