The space We offer private parking for 2 vehicles in our private driveway and a private front and back yard! Guest access We are offering private washer and dryer (no detergent and don’t use it between 9pm to 9am) Some beach chairs and toys. Also the bbq and fire pit are gas. A private front and side yard. We try our best to have the gas tank filled but is hard to know if is running low. We don't guaranty a full tank. It can be filled at the Liquor store a block away! A gas tank Can last 15-20 hours so if it runs out help us by filling it up! No visitors are allowed any unregistered visitors you will be charge $50.- per guest per night at time of checkout and be ask to leave if rules are broken with no refund. Other things to note We are in a family neighborhood and we ask to be respectful by lowering the noise between 10pm to 9am. If needed an early check in we can offer it for an additional cost of $20.- per hour. And to be paid in advance to allow us to coordinate with our staff. Depending on availability with prior notice.
