Charming Back House w/ Loft, Pool and Yard!

Need a great place to stay while in Los Angeles? Look no further than this charming guesthouse! Perfectly located in the quiet residential area of Valley Village / North Hollywood and only 10 minutes away from Hollywood’s Walk of Fame. Walkable to the vibrant NoHo Art district and the LA Metro Red Line. Near major attractions like Universal Studios and the Warner Brothers lot - but also just an easy drive to other must-see spots - like the Grove, the beaches and the Hollywood Sign! The space PLEASE NOTE this is the back house on a lot with two houses. This unit's front yard is shared with the front unit's backyard. This one bedroom light-filled house has plenty of space for month-long stays. Freshly painted with new linens, we take your safety and comfort as our number one priorities. Please note that there is an additional carpeted loft space with low ceilings (under 6 feet, slanted) with a pull-out sofa. This guest house has all of the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable, including heating and AC, high-speed Wi-Fi and a 43” smart TV. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and fresh towels. Although the space is so close to some AMAZING restaurants, if you feel like cooking the private kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and a full-size fridge. There are some pots and pans, utensils and some cooking tools. Other offered amenities include a keurig coffee maker and some pods. A brand new Trader Joes, Ralphs grocery store and Amazon Fresh are nearby. The large bedroom and en-suite bathroom overlook the private yard. There's also a couch and a second TV in the bedroom. The pool is shared between the houses. It is not fenced, and available only to guests on the reservation. Because this lot is shared, we are looking for respectful tenants who need a private space to call home while in Los Angeles. ***ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE HOME!*** Always easy and free street parking. The only street cleaning day is Tuesday - so be sure to move your car then to avoid tickets! Guest access Guests will have full access to the back house, with keyless entry through the side gate. The house has its own laundry, bathroom and kitchen. Please note that because the pool is not fenced in, we ask the age of any children on your booking and do not allow overnight guests / parties of any kind.
