Villa 454 Prescott Building The space This is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath Villa located in the oceanfront resort of Villas by the Sea. Walk among the oaks or take a short stroll to Driftwood Beach. Children can enjoy the Pirate Ship playground, and for the adults, there is a fitness room. When you need to cool off, there is a pool for the adults and one for the kiddies. The resort offers a full restaurant and lounge. When you enter our villa, you will find an open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large flat screen TV and sliding doors leading to a patio area with seating. Our villa has small views of the ocean, but leave the doors open and listen to the crashing surf or feel the Atlantic breeze. There is a half bath on this level for your convenience. Our villa has tile floors throughout. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, plenty of storage for your clothes, and an additional balcony. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds for the children or extra guests. There is also a small TV in this room. THIS UNIT IS NOT PET-FRIENDLY. NO SMOKING. Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Villas by the Seas has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards. PLEASE NOTE: ***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn. NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file, and you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
