Walking distance to ND: Convenient and Affordable

VERY close to the Dome!! Cheery and very clean entire home with an abundance of natural light. A 1.3 mile walk to Notre Dame campus or a 2 mile bike ride to down town South Bend. Totally remodeled with guests in mind, just in time for the ND football season. All amenities will be provided including top of the line new mattresses/bedding. It will sleep 4 to 7 people, depending on whether you sleep alone or not. Two queen beds, one twin, and a queen sofa bed. Flexible check in/check out times. Entire house which includes 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Queen bed in master. Other 2 rooms have one twin in each. I set up an air mattress with pillow topper in each as needed to accommodate additional guests. There is also a brand new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full bath on the second floor. And the bath on the first floor has a shower but no tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room for seating is attached. There are Two cozy sunrooms with comfortable seating for relaxing. Lock box. Code given upon reservation confirmation. I’m usually not there for check in, and give detailed instructions for self check in before arrival. I am however a short ride away. If any problems arise. I’m always available via text and phone. Very safe, and close to all that South Bend has to offer. Lime bikes available, and public transportation. Off street parking available in driveway, and 2 additional spaces on street.
