The four bedroom house sleeps 6 : the second floor has a master suite with a King bed and separate bath. Additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one bedroom with one single bed, as well as hall laundry and full bath. Flat screens and high speed wireless internet throughout. Amazing guest cottage sleeps 4: there is a pine paneled great room with stone fireplace, large flat screen TV, minibar kitchen, new 3/4 bath, and two bedrooms each with two single beds, and air conditioning. There is lovely outdoor dining and a Weber gas grill. The house is located at the corner of Ocean Avenue and Elm Street, close to all the shops and restaurants in Dock Square and a short walk to Colony Beach. There is off street parking.
