Ranch style home, open concept floor plan, completely remodeled May 2018.. Beach & Boat access is nearby. Park and tennis courts are nearby. Do not use fireplace. Blocking or disconnecting cameras or sensors is grounds for immediate removal without refund. No parking on grass! Your stay is important to us. No inside cameras.24-7 recorded outside The space PARRIS ISLAND GRADUATION! Perfect for Military Families...centralized to everything on the island! Guest access You will have access to the entire home. (RV/camper site is not included.) Other things to note We are in a rural location. Must be 21 to rent property. Please treat our home with care & respect. This is a smoke free home. Homeowners are Not responsible for any injuries on the property. No parties allowed. Immediately termination without compensation of remaining days/night will occur for parties. Guests are expected to leave the property clean to avoid additional charges. Early check in is $150 (must be pre-approved). Late check out after 11 am is $50 per 30 min. Exterior surveillance on premises. Tampering with the Wifi or cameras will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund for unused nights. Do not park on grass or it will require you to forfeit your deposit.
