Incredible, efficient, cutting edge, custom built 1912 Carriage House. The space Our home was originally built in 1912, but we rebuilt it in 2019, sparing no expense to make this space exquisite. High vaulted ceilings in the living room, a frameless glass shower door, whole house water filtration system, stainless appliances and an all wood interior are just a piece of what make our Carriage House a cozy place to stay. There is a nice big fire pit on the property and we provide the firewood. We also have a nice back porch on the carriage house where you can enjoy the view and grill out with our charcoal grill! It’s only a 30 second walk to downtown Hogansville where you can eat & Shop! Check out my neighborhood list to see a list of what business are downtown. We are so very excited to announce that our local coffee shop called MUTE koffee and. will be opening back up mid February 2023 and our local sandwiches and more called The Grand Market will open back up around the same time so please check their social media pages for more info! Don’t forget to check out the best pizza and wing place in town called Karvelas. It is walking distance as well. Or venture the other direction into a nature wonderland, exploring walking trails and visiting Hogansville’s first water tower. Or drive to 1430 Blue Creek Road about a mile and a half from our home to Lake Jimmy Jackson and enjoy a nice sandy beach to lay out and swim. There are also beautiful picnic pavilions. We’re located 15 minutes from West Point Lake, 20 minutes from Pine Mountain, Callaway Gardens and downtown Newnan and only 40 minutes from the Atlanta Airport. We are 2 miles off the 85 South exit which makes it very convenient to get to Atlanta! Guest access We have a great fire pit on the property and even a gas one on your back porch with a charcoal grill! Other things to note We are a 20 minute drive to Piedmont Newnan Hospital and 20 mins from Wellstar Hospital in Lagrange GA! Great place for traveling nurses to stay. Working in Newnan for business! We are 20 mins from Newnan. We are also 35 mins from the Atlanta Airport!
