The Cherry Creek and Glendale area is conveniently located by shopping, bars, restaurants, public transportation, i25, Cherry Creek bike trail, and DU. This unit is specifically designed for longer term needs and has been accommodating 30 day minimum guests for over 6 years. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room which allows temporary visitors. New floors installed throughout the entire unit in 2024! The space This condo is a cozy hip recently updated unit in a fairly large complex made up of several different buildings. It has a small community feel and most importantly, Location Location Location! Cherry Creek Village Condominiums are about as centrally located as it gets! Come check out everything that the Cherry Creek and Glendale areas have to offer. You are also a quick cab, uber, lyft or bus ride to anything else in Denver. If you like riding bikes, the Cherry Creek trail is less than a block away and will take you directly to the heart of Downtown Denver. Bikes are even available to rent at the Cherry Creek mall. Guest access Guests will have open parking directly in front of the condo and will have a direct door to outside (no hallway). You will be able to see your vehicle from the living room and should have spots available at all times. The outdoor pool is open during the summer months and is less than 100 yards from the front door. There are communal washers and dryers available in the complex if needed. Other things to note Please note that the pool is an outdoor pool and open during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Also, the unit DOES NOT HAVE a washer and dryer inside. There are three buildings in the complex that only other guests have access to. When you walk out the condo front door, you immediately turn right and about 100ft is the closest washer/dryer For guest who are willing to sign a short term lease, you will be provided with a mobile app so you can get inside the clubhouse, mailroom, small gym, laundry and pool.
