This wonderful two story condo is located on a quiet street in a desirable neighborhood, within a 7-10 min walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza. It is beautifully furnished, complete with fireplace, a/c, and two outdoor balconies. The house is well stocked with many items such as extra towels, blankets and pillows, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, teas, cooking oils, spices, etc. Firewood is not supplied but is easily available at close by grocery stores. The house has just been remodeled, upgrading to the fine quality our guests deserve : ) All of the beautiful furnishing are new, from the organic mattress to the handcrafted benches and artwork made by local Santa Feans! The Queen bedroom is on the first floor tucked behind the living room with a full bathroom next to it. The loft style King bedroom takes up the entire 2nd floor with an ensuite full bathroom and a wooden deck. Please note that while the loft does not have a door, It is a very well separated and architecturally designed for privacy ; ) Cheers! The house is yours to enjoy! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, and a king size sofa sleeper ; ) You will enter with a lockbox key, the code will be provided before arrival. The co-host, Lynn, will be available to answer any questions and to assist you throughout your stay. The home itself is tucked behind mature trees, further lending to the privacy you will experience from both of the balconies. You can walk to the Santa Fe Plaza and Railyard district where you will find many top notch restaurants, art galleries, and wondered shops. The Santa Fe Plaza is only a 7 minute walk from the house! There are 6 stairs leading into the house, and additional stairs leading to the second story and master suite. The stairs are all very wide and sturdy, so all able bodied individuals should be fine with them : ) Please let us know if you have an early arrival time.
