New and Updated for a perfect stay

A wonderfully quiet getaway. This house is fully renovated with modern amenities to enjoy. 4HD TV's, BD, Stereo,xbox1, TWC30mbps internet. Beds: 1K, 2Q,1F, 2T, couch 5 br/ sunrm, 3 bth. w/d, full kitchen, 20 min. from Hunter Mountain and Windham The space This house is nicely situated on a dead end road. Very quite. It is 3 minutes away from I-87 off of exit 20 and a 4 minute drive to the village of Saugerties, 20 minutes or less to Woodstock or Hunter mountain ski resort and 30 minutes to Windham mountain ski resort. If you are looking for a private getaway to focus on work or relax, this is it. There is a minimum of a two night stay; however, I would consider any one night stay request Sunday through Thursday nights. After booking with me, let me know if there is anything within reason that you would like to see in the house, such as games (xbox 1 on site-bring games), books, cook books, movies. I will try to find that item if I don't have it already, to use during your stay. I am always interested in improving your stay and what the house has to offer guest. Thank you. Guest access The entire house is available to guest with no personal effects to maneuver around. Only the detached garage is locked. Wood is available for use in the wood stove. Other things to note If you have any items that you would like to find in the house for your use during your stay, please request it after booking.
