We are back open after the Hurricanes!! A wonderful, 'Old Florida,' Beach house with Luxury renovations! This island home is decorated with a nautical theme. Walk the beautiful hardwood floors and watch the sunset from the over-sized rear porch. Minutes walk on a sand road to the quiet seven-mile beach. This beach is perfect for swimming or collecting sea shells. You have to travel far in this world to find a beach like this. Ferry to island runs 18 hours a day. Quick and easy. The space This is an extremely well designed and well-kept island house that offers extras for guests that no other house does. We limit the number of people who stay at the house to avoid the house being damaged or well-worn. To most, it will look like a house that was built yesterday when in fact it was built in 2001. House has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms a living room with Flat screen TV with streaming video, WiFi included. Turtle Landing has a large pool which is clean and functioning after the storms - perfect for family fun. Out the back porch is a long dock that is great for fishing, boating and kayaking. Guest access Everything (minus the owners closet)- To include The great beach, private pool, private dock, bikes, spa, boats etc! Other things to note 01/18/2025 Update - Turtle Landing is back in operation after the Hurricanes, including our heated pool!
