Welcome to the ICT Farmhouse! (ICT=Wichita in Airline Lingo) This charming, newly remodeled two bedroom home is located on the western edge of historic Delano Neighborhood. Its proximity to the Downtown District, Century II Convention Center & many wedding venues makes it the perfect place to stay for business or pleasure! Originally built in the late 1940's, this house has been completely redone for style & function but still has much of the original charm. A patio in the backyard is yours to enjoy when weather allows. You can watch your Netflix, Hulu and more on the Smart TV with Roku. A keyless entry makes coming and going from the property trouble-free. Coffee & tea is provided. Each bedroom has a queen bed. I also have air mattresses (queen or twin) available upon request. In addition, there is a pack-n-play with sheets for your little one. The space and price is based on 4 people. There is a $10 nightly charge for a 5th guest. Please be sure to note the correct number of guests when you place your reservation. Failure to disclose additional person or having extra people stay at my house breaks the listed rules and will result in an immediate cancellation of the stay. In addition there is a strict limit of 6 people on the property at any one time. This includes booked guests and individuals who may visit them. Outside cameras are in place in the front and rear of the property. Guests have full use of main floor of home and backyard patio that they can access through the garage The washer and drying are located in the unfinished basement. The garage is NOT for guest vehicles. Parking is in driveway and limited to 2 vehicles. I will not be on site to welcome you, but I am only a text or phone call away should you have any questions during your stay. The home is located on a major street that makes it easy to get anywhere in town and with its convenient access to the major highways & minutes from ICT Airport, it is the perfect place to stay while you visit Wichita. It is located on the western edge of Historic Delano Neighborhood that is loaded with fun, trendy restaurants, bars and breweries. For the exercise enthusiasts, it is steps away from the Arkansas River Path where you can walk or run along the paved path that travels through some of the most scenic parts of the city. While you will have to drive to the Delano District, the FREE Q-Line Trolley there can take you to other fun areas of our city (such as Old Town) & back!
