Comfortable Guest Suite with Shared Pool Access

Welcome to our cozy and comfortable guest house, nestled in the heart of Safety Harbor,Florida's most beloved and trendy small town! Our guest house is perfectly situated within walking distance to the bustling downtown area,where you'll find an array of quaint restaurants,hair and nail salons,unique shops,bike trails, and a delightful local winery for wine tasting. NOTE:Pool is shared by all the guests. Guest houses 1&2 are in the main house completely separated by a barn door between the two. The space Guest houses 1 and 2 are in the main house but are completely separated by a barn door between the two. Guest house 3 is detached in the back yard. There is no kitchen in this listing. This is just a bedroom and a bathroom sectioned off from the main house with a sliding barn door in the hallway that locks from both sides. You will be able to hear the guests in the main part of the house through the barn door but no one will have access to your section of the house except for you. Safety Harbor is renowned for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, offering a genuine mom-and-pop experience that visitors from all over the world adore. Just one block away from our guest house, you'll find the fascinating Wonderland museum, which adds a touch of whimsy to the town's vibrant character. Our one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house offers a queen bed with luxurious linens, tasteful decorations, and a 30-inch TV in the bedroom. Please note that there is no living room or kitchen in this guest house. The entryway features a small eating area for two, complete with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and essential utensils. The bathroom is newly renovated and modern, boasting a spacious frameless glass shower. The property offers off-street parking in the driveway, with one spot allocated to each of the three units on the property. Our beautiful front yard is adorned with palm trees and elegant landscape lighting, creating a welcoming atmosphere as you arrive. In the shared backyard, unwind in the small but lovely pool, surrounded by lush plants, palm trees, and soft lighting. Lounge in our stylish woven egg chair, located by the pool for your enjoyment. The property features three guest houses, all occupied by Airbnb guests. To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment, we do not allow any additional visitors or events on the property. Please note that the pool is shared among all three units on the property, with a maximum of two guests allowed per unit. Our guest house is separated from the main house by a locked barn door, ensuring that no one can access your space. However, sound may travel through the door, and you may be able to hear other guests in the adjacent unit. One unique aspect of this guest house is that there are no windows. Despite this, guests can still enjoy the vibrant community and delightful charm of Safety Harbor during their stay in our cozy guest house! The property is conveniently located between the Tampa and Clearwater airports and just a short drive away from the beautiful Clearwater Beach and Saint Pete Beach. Other things to note Please note, occupants are only allowed to have two guests. Having more than two guests at any time whether they sleep there or not will result in a $100 charge per day per guest. Due to regulations, we need to limit the number of people on the property. Smoking is not allowed inside. There is a $250 fee for smoking. Due to severe allergies, pets are not allowed on the property in consideration to other guests staying there. We can only allow a service animal if you send us a copy of the registration after booking and before checkin. The fee for bringing a pet on the property is $250 per day If there is something broken or missing when the cleaning company gets there they will go to the store and have it replaced, the charge is $50 for their time and travel plus the cost of goods. If something breaks by accident just message or call me as soon as it happens and I should be able to buy the product online to avoid the cost of time and travel fee that the cleaning company charges. Please don't leave any food or garbage in the bathroom. Guests are not allowed to have parties/get together nor bring additional guests that are not noted at the time of booking. Persons who are not checked in are not permitted in the house. Please do not tamper with the security cameras. The fee for turning off or obstructing a security camera is $500. You may check-in until two am as long as you can do self-check-in without our help. Just watch the check-in video we sent you, and follow the instructions!! Check out is at eleven am and there is a $50 fee for late checkout. If you extend your stay without a reservation, you will be charged $250 fee per night. Enjoy your stay!!
