After a day of fun in the sun, shopping, golfing or water sports return to your very own beach view haven for a restful night’s sleep. After all, any day at Ciboney is easy breezy with its convenient location close to everything you may desire as well as a community pool, tennis court, grilling area and best of all the Gulf of Mexico is seconds away! This property comes with 2 parking spaces. This condo is dog friendly. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records. Designated pet area is on parking lot side of the property. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
