Primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age and present a current government issued photo i.d and a credit card is required for a $250 security hold for incidentals. *If you are going to check in after hours ( 9pm ) please notify your host in advance. If you need a late check out please request from the front desk 24 hours in advance of checkout. * Please message me in advance with any special requests, upper / lower floor/ pack n play * If you arrive at the resort prior to check in and your room is not ready yet, please feel free drop off your luggage at the front desk with resort staff and enjoy the resort at your leisure until your room is ready. Any name changes to the reservation (after the guest name is entered into the reservation) will incur a $100 change fee.
