The Maple Haus is a modern family friendly cabin outfitted with stylish decor and all the comforts of home your family needs for the perfect mountain getaway. Enjoy lake views as you walk the lake trail (accessible from our neighborhood!). The home boasts of a large outdoor deck for your morning coffee under the giant canopy of oak trees or at night with the kids roasting marshmallows. @themaplecabins The space When you enter the home you are greeted by a cozy and inviting space that has been newly renovated. In the living room you will find stylish details throughout, a large Frame TV and a gas fireplace. Family friendly board games, puzzles, books and playing cards are provided for your family to have fun with. Plenty of new throw blankets and pillows to help you cozy up in the evenings watching movies, reading a book, or roasting s'mores under the stars. The adorable, well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to make your stay fun, while cooking up meals for your family. With a stainless steel double sink, and all new stainless steel appliances, you will enjoy time spent in the kitchen. All new quartz counter tops and farmhouse open-shelving. Eat or hang out on the large deck tucked under giant oak trees. On the deck there is a propane fire pit and barbecue for your use. Comfy patio set with umbrellas for the outdoor deck. Downstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath right off of the bedroom. You will also have access to a washer and dryer that are located in the garage with laundry detergent. Having a functional 2 car garage in Lake Arrowhead is hard to find, so we are happy to offer this you and your family. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with gorgeous vaulted ceilings. One with a single queen bed and the other with two queen beds. Both thoughtfully decorated with new bedding and plenty of blankets and pillows. Both rooms have ceiling fans and extra portable fans for warmer nights and heaters for the winter. There is also a full bathroom upstairs, completely remodeled as well. There is a baby gate in the upstairs bedroom to keep little ones safe from the staircase as well as many other baby items such as a high chair, pack n play, slumber pod, monitor, sound machines, toys, and more! In the living room the TV is connected to an Amazon Fire Stick, just log in or create an account to watch your favorite apps. Plenty of parking with a flat driveway, garage, and one street location, making it easy to check in no matter what time you get here. PLEASE NOTE: -No parties, events or for profit functions allowed -Lake Arrowhead has a strict noise restriction policy -This is a non smoking property (this includes vaping.) Guest access You will have access to the lake trail, trail beaches, entire cabin, garage, driveway and front parking area. You will also get to relax on the large deck, play ping pong, toss cornhole in the area out back and walk the neighborhood.
