This family townhouse is co-owned by four siblings. Our father was one of the first property owners in Elkhorn, which is why we have the sought after location overlooking the pond. The townhouse was remodeled in 2001 and features all the necessary amenities to make you feel right at home. We encourage outdoor enthusiasts to experience everything Sun Valley has to offer as we have done as a family over the decades. This property is a comfortable, warm, 2 story townhouse for a family or friends looking for a vacation home to relax after hitting the slopes or enjoying the outdoors. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom with a queen bed and an enclosed loft bedroom with large bunk beds that sleep 4 children or adults comfortably. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is located downstairs by the common areas. The kitchen is fully equipped so home cooking is encouraged . While we don't have cable, our smart tv set up to access Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Additionally we have a Chromecast attached to the tv so once you are connected to the internet you can cast any streaming service from your phone or tablet. In the summer, the large deck extends the living area and is well equipped with patio furniture and barbecue. Our townhouse overlooks the pond which is easily accessed by the deck. The swimming pool/hot tub and tennis courts are a mere 3 minute walk from the condo. The townhouse sleeps 8, however due to its cozy nature we charge an extra $10 per person per night over 6 people to adequately care for our condo. In the wintertime occupancy is more comfortable with 4-6 people given the smaller size of the common area. CLEANING UPDATE: Due to the current pandemic, we have increased our cleaning fee by $22 so we able to clean the condo according to CDC regulations surrounding COVID-19. PARKING RULES - PLEASE READ Parking is limited. Each property is limited to two vehicles. RV's, trailers etc. are NOT allowed. There is one parking pass to park in the lot. The second car needs to be parked in the garage that can accommodate a car no larger than a small sedan. Our family lives out of state but during your stay we will be accessible during your stay by email and cell phone. If necessary, we have property management on site that can assist you. Elkhorn Village is located near Dollar Mtn. ski area and has a lift on site. Bald Mtn. Ski area, Sun Valley resort and the town of Ketchum are accessible via a a free bus or biking trails all year round. Miles of paved biking trails in the Wood River Valley become groomed X-country ski trails in the winter. Ketchum is located near several mountain ranges that offer a variety of hiking and mountain biking for all levels of ability. The town of Ketchum offers great shopping, food, and entertainment. In the summer, there are variety of concerts including the symphony often highlighting world renowned artists in the Sun Valley Pavilion. Ketchum is home to the only non-motorized parade over Labor Day, a jazz festival in October, an arts festival in August, and numerous other events. The area has something for all ages and interests. From the townhouse, all Sun Valley attractions are easily accessible by car. In addition, there are bike/walking trails as well as a free bus that stops in front of the parking lot.
