The space Parking: Designated, off-street parking for two cars immediately in front of home. Great Room: Leather sofa and chair in high-ceilinged great room decorated with rustic charm. Smart TV hidden in armoire - take a break from technology or stream from your phone to the TV. Wireless speaker also available to stream music. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have a full bath attached. Master bedroom has a tub as well as a washer & dryer. Work Space: Work spaces are set up in each bedroom. The living room and kitchen both have work spaces with a view. Printer and external monitor facilitate remote working. Kitchen: Well appointed kitchen is perfect for those who like to cook. Breakfast nook with bar stools a highlight for morning coffee. For a small service fee, we can bring in an order of groceries before you arrive. Exterior: Fenced-in rear garden is designed around a deck and supports plants native to the region. The front garden has a sunset table for libations while watching the sun setting through the mountains. Watch deer, javelina and fox wonder past on the hill above. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note Maximum of two cars may be parked at house Max two pets and subject to approval. Pets must be kept off furniture and not be left alone in the house unless crated. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside and waste must be picked up immediately. For stays longer than a week guests will be charged for electric usage that exceeds $35 per week. So long as guests are mindful of responsibly using air conditioning or heat, then the $35 weekly allowance is more than sufficient and no additional charges will be incurred.
