Wide screen TV with Apple TV hardware (no streaming services) included. Very private and quiet location surrounded by hundreds of acres of woods. Minutes to King Pine for skiing, tubing, skating, and plenty of hiking, lakes, and other area attractions. Back deck is perfect for dining, reading, or just enjoying the solitude. 1200 sqft. 4WD recommended in winter for steep driveway. Guest access Guest access to the interior apartment area, the front porch, the rear porch, and an outdoor sitting area. The outdoor area surrounding the building, and driveway, is fine to use for on leash dog walking or wandering. Other things to note Limited cell phone service in the area. Be sure to print your directions and maps. Once here the Wifi is strong and fast, so Wifi calling and keeping up with work is easy.
