If unavailable, there is a 3rd floor loft as well. There is a full kitchen and comfortable living room with a raised seating area over-looking busy Twentieth Street. The central heating and air system and all the appliances are brand new. Hardwood floors that run throughout the space and the 13-foot ceilings provide a true loft experience. Giant 10-foot windows give stellar views of Birmingham’s beautiful historic buildings and skyline. Items to note: 1.
