The Historic 1889 Walton House in Snohomish, Washington was brought back to life in 2016/2017 by Snohomish Vacation Rentals. This home offers a charming front porch, large windows that afford plenty of natural light, and many original details that will make your stay a memorable experience. The Walton House has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to six guests. The large kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals. If you are looking to party, this is NOT the place. There are three queen bed, TV, Wifi, and board games. The kitchen is fully furnished. The Walton House is in Snohomish's residential historic district. A short 3 minute walk gets you to the heart of downtown, where you will find shopping, dining, bakeries, bars, wine tasting, music, and locally owned and operated specialty shops. Only a 30 mile drive to Seattle and 15 minute drive to Woodinville, Everett, and Monroe. We require all guest to respect our neighbors at all times with quiet time at 9:30pm. The Walton house is within walking distance to the historic main street of Snohomish. Please be considerate of the neighbors at all times. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, make-up remover wipes, shower cap, sewing kit, laundry and dishwasher soap. Make sure to visit our local farmers markets or produce stands to prepare farm to table food. Only a 30 minute drive to Seattle, and a 15 minute drive to Woodinville known as “Woodinville Wine Country” with over 90 wineries.
