The casita has a combination of flagstone and Saltillo tile flooring, with brightly colored Spanish inspired tiling tastefully incorporated into the decor, intricately carved wooden cabinetry, a stone tiled shower, and wooden Vigas throughout. Relax in bed or on the loveseat to read, work, or take in a movie. The fully functioning and equipped kitchen is perfect for meals at home, and there is a built in dining bar for eating indoors. If you’d prefer an outdoor atmosphere, there is small private courtyard off the back of the casita with two seats, and a charcoal grill. Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and free private parking are available for the most carefree stay possible. Located in the highly desirable Railyard District, you are within walking distance to a plethora of shops, restaurants, theaters, and experiences such as the local farmer’s market and free concerts in both the Railyard and Plaza. Guests will have access to the entire casita including the private courtyard and back patio. Our home is equipped with a key lock box. A code for the lock box will be provided prior to your arrival. The AC is a portable unit that will be installed from May-Sept each year.
