Located in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located to many shops and Surfside with plenty of walking and biking paths this home has many amenities for a great vacation. Upon entering the glass front door, you are greeted by vaulted ceilings, an open living room, a kitchen with an island and an unobstructed view out the lanai and swimming pool. The large living room features comfortable couches to relax in as well as a large kitchen with island and a separate dining room. The main bedroom is located on the left side of the house. Both guest bedrooms are located on the right side of the home and share a bathroom. The guest bathroom offers ample space, dual sinks as well as a tub shower. The master bedroom has doors that open up to the lanai, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub and a walk through shower. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. The lanai is set up with a large flat screen TV, dining table to seat six guests as well as a separate lounge area. The swimming pool can be electrically heated. There is a walkway down to the boat dock which is ideal for fishing, relaxing and sun bathing. Das Ferienhaus bietet drei Schlafzimmer und zwei grosse Baeder. Das Haus hat einen "Open Floorplan", heisst dass Kueche, Esszimmer sowie Wohnzimmer einen grossen Raum bilden. Von hier aus hat man einen schoenen Blick durch die Glastueren direkt auf den elektrisch beheizten Swimming pool sowie den dahinter liegenden Kanal. Das Elternschlafzimmer mit Badezimmer befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses waehrend die beiden Gaestezimmer mit gemeinsamen Bad sich auf der rechten Seite des Hauses befinden. Das Gaestebad bietet zwei Waschbecken, Toilette und eine Badedusche. Auf der Terrasse steht ein grosser TV fuer Sie bereit und der elektrisch beheizte Swimming Pool kann das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden. Von der Terrasse fuehrt ein Gehweg direkt runter zu dem Dock, von hier aus kann man fischen, sich sonnen oder einfach nur relaxen. Please contact our Reservations Department in advance to confirm availability. • Pets are only permitted in properties specifically listed as “pet-friendly.” For those homes, a $150 + tax non-refundable pet fee applies and must be included at the time of booking. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rental properties. • The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance. Any overage will be charged at $0.15 per kWh, based on meter readings. • If the home features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, please note that the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only. A standalone gas BBQ will be available for guest use. • For bookings made through Airbnb, you will receive an additional email from Vesteva Vacation Rentals. This will require acknowledgment and reinforces the Terms and Conditions already outlined on the booking platform.
