BV4 Condo @ The Hangout

This cozy studio condo is walking distance to everything you want to do in Gulf Shores. You are directly across from the sugar white sands of largest public beach in the area - complete with beach rentals, showers, bathrooms, and food venues. Enjoy The Hangout, the historic Pink Pony Pub, and numerous other restaurants with a 2-3 minute walk from the condo. Shopping is plentiful....OH, and did we mention the beach? The space Our place is perfect for guests that enjoy spending their time enjoying the beautiful white sandy beaches in the warm Alabama sun. This is a studio-style condo with one main living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom, and kitchenette with a breakfast bar. The kitchenette condo has a microwave, mini-fridge, sink, coffee pot, and convection heat burner with pots and pans. Flatware, glasses, and dishes are in the cabinets. Remember that under Amenities, AirBnB has some PRE-SET language and not every item may be supplied. For example, under Cooking Essentials, AirBnB presets the wording to say, "Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper" - While we do have pots and pans, we do not supply oil, salt, and pepper (though sometimes guests may leave these items in the cabinets for others to use). Please take that into consideration and if you have specific questions, please ask. Guest access There is a coin laundry located down the hall if you need to freshen up your towels or linens during your stay. There is an elevator to take you from the parking garage to the unit. Other things to note Twenty-one or older required and must be present during the stay. Underage drinking or use of illegal substances are not allowed. Evidence, in the owners sole opinion of either will result in a fee added to the credit card used to book. AirBnB does not hold a deposit on your credit card. Even if the listing requires a deposit, it is not charged unless after the stay there is a damage/loss claim. Remember, you are at the beach. If you sit your luggage on the ground when you unpack the car, if you walk into the parking area, up the steps, down the halls, you may not see it, but you are carrying sand. When you walk into the room, you will bring it in with you. When you take off your shoes, now it will be on your feet. Always wipe your feet before climbing into bed or you will bring sand into the sheets with you too. Sand is what everyone LOVES and HATES about the beach.
