The perfect escape in Woodstock, NY

Brand new construction in Woodstock NY. Our house was built in summer of 2018 and has all the bells and whistles you need for a relaxing stay in Hudson Valley and Catskills. We are a 5 minute drive from the town of Woodstock, 15 minutes from Saugerties and 20 minutes from Kingston. Skiing at Hunter is 35 minutes away, Belleayre 40 minutes, Windham 45 minutes. Lots of beautiful hikes in the surrounding area, including Overlook Mountain (10 min drive) and Kaaterskill Falls (20 min drive). The space UPDATE. We just completed an expansion of the living room and deck, and have added half court basketball outside. Hot Tub (November - March only). The house is set up on 3 levels. On the main level we have a seating area by a gas fireplace, a living room with tv and wood burning stove, kitchen, bathroom, and one queen size bedroom with a home office. The top level has 2 bedrooms (one king, one with two twin beds). They share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Lower level has a family room, a queen size bedroom, and another bathroom. Washer and dryer are on this level. Air conditioning on main and upper levels only. Lower level doesn't have a/c, but it's rarely needed. There is a ceiling fan in the lower level bedroom. House is equipped with reverse osmosis water system for drinking. Kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. We provide plenty of towels. The new deck has seating and access to the hot tub (November-March only), with stairs leading down to the fire pit. The fire pit area has Adirondack chairs, gas grill, and dining table. This area is accessible from both the upper and lower levels. Property borders the Sloan Gorge Preserve (we have fencing separating property from the drop down to the preserve). Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to make meals at home, including pots, pans, dutch oven, toaster, vitamix, etc.. House has fast and reliable internet, including a deco system to extend range and eliminate dead spots. There is cell phone reception at the house. Please note that part of the house is locked out (this would be the 5th bedroom and 4th bathroom). It does not interfere with the flow of the house and is used to store our belongings.
