Wonder is a fully restored, historic 3 story brick building located on Main St. in Honesdale! The 1st floor consists of an amazing new restaurant @nativehonesdale where you can dine and drink in style, and the new bakery @bekindbakeshop. There are 6 lofts professionally designed and furnished by @samuellegreen. The lofts can sleep up to 36 adults. This is an open air loft. Bedroom and sleeping areas are separated only by curtains; therefore, there are no formal bedrooms. All six lofts are 6000' square feet combined and professionally designed and furnished by @samuellegreen. The loft can sleep up to 36 adults and offers modern design, 10 and a half bathrooms with walk in multi jet showers, 6 full kitchens with concrete countertops and new appliances, 10' high ceilings, 3 queen beds, 3 king beds, 2 twin beds, 11 queen size sleeper sofas, dining table and chairs, tv, wifi, and completely furnished with luxury linens, towels, utensils and more. Please know this is an open air loft. Bedroom and sleeping areas are separated only by curtains; therefore, there are no formal bedrooms. There are three lofts on the second floor and three lofts on the third floor. There are around 20 steps to the second floor and a further 20 to the thrid floor. There are no elevators in the building. This would not be suitable for any guests with mobility issues. Parking is free in a lot a couple of blocks away, but you can pull up outside the building to unload quickly if needed. While you are staying at Wonder please enjoy... It is a beautiful rural area with many recreational activities, restaurants, shops and more. The town has a rich history including being the birthplace of the first steam locomotive, The Stourbridge Lion, and train rides are still offered today! We are within walking distance to everything in the downtown area of Honesdale, PA. There is metered parking in front of the building and on Main St. and on all side streets. Meters are not checked over night, but are monitored during the day so make sure you put coins in the meters. Free parking is available two blocks away and the address will be given when booked. This is a first come first serve parking area for our guests.
