Welcome to our Sanctuary! Our home in the Sonoran Foothills is where my husband and I come to unwind. Situated at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac on almost an acre; experience sunsets in all their glory. The home is completely renovated in a "desert contemporary" vibe. The backyard oasis features a large HEATED diving pool with water feature. Each of the five bedrooms has its own style and theme. Entrance to the Sonoran Preserve is steps away with plenty other adventures nearby. The space Very spacious, single story layout, with two large living areas. One of the secondary bedrooms also has a king bed and a dedicated bathroom across the hall. Works great as a second master. Large covered back patio across the length of the home with outdoor TV. Multiple outdoor seating areas connected by walkways throughout the property. Very quiet while be close to dining, shopping and the Loop 101. Other things to note Popular Outdoor Activities include golf, hiking and biking. Horseback riding, ATV tours & rentals, and hot air ballooning also near by.
