Guest access The guests have the privilege to access all common areas of the home provided that they maintain its cleanliness after every use and respect other guests who are staying in the home. Failure to do so may result in privileges being revoked. Other things to note When booking your stay, it’s important to know what type of accommodation you’re reserving. This is a shared home, meaning there are other suites on-site, and you may encounter other guests during your stay. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please keep all personal belongings within your reserved suite rather than in common areas. » Important Note: Utilities are not included in the reservation fee. A separate pre-paid utilities charge of $195 per month will be billed at the beginning of each month and must be paid with your reservation to gain access to the home. If there's any difference in utilities at the end of your stay, it can be reimbursed to you within 30 days of check-out if no other balances are owed.
