Large bedrooms & a spacious floor plan (the kitchen, dining and living rooms flow together), the house is perfect for families. The bedrooms are split 2+2 & paired with bathrooms on opposite ends of the house (a pocket door adds privacy). Private heated saltwater pool sits amidst the tropical yard. Hop on the free trolley and explore Florida's gorgeous Anna Maria Island. The space Just steps from the pearl white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage comfortably sleeps 8. Our family-friendly home has everything you'll need: a fully-stocked kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, drip coffeemaker, coffee grounds & filters; a gas grill, towels/linens, hair dryers, a Pack 'n Play, Wifi, parking, washer/dryer, beach/pool accessories, and a bluetooth-enabled record player. You're also beach-ready with beach chairs, towels & accessories plus a handy wagon to haul everything across the street to the beach. Unwind in our heated *83-degree outdoor pool (see below) nestled in a lush tropical backyard or spend the day at gorgeous Bradenton Beach (a 2-minute walk). Grill some Gulf shrimp on the outdoor BBQ or hop on the free trolley to visit nearby restaurants, shopping and Island nightlife. The free air conditioned trolley runs daily throughout Anna Maria Island. For late-nights, call the free Monkey Bus for ride around the island (they work on tips). Head South for a short trip to Bridge Street for many restaurants and shops. Head North for dining at The Sand Bar (check out their Jazz brunch on Sundays), try homemade donuts at The Donut Experiment, fast & fresh tacos at Poppo's Tacos, or a romantic dinner at The Waterfront Restaurant. Holmes Beach has more shopping and dining options (like The Porch or The Ugly Grouper) as well as a white sand beach. Try craft cocktails at The Doctor's Office -- an old doctor's office-turned-bar (with a great food menu!). Head south and spend an evening on Bridge Street and enjoy live music , a round of mini golf at The Fish Hole and dine at Anna Maria Oyster Bar on the Pier. Walk to the Smoqehouse for lunch and delicious queso at the Wicked Cantina. Discover for yourself why Anna Maria Island is considered one of Florida's hidden gems! Small/medium-sized dogs welcome. * Heated Pools on Anna Maria Island Only relevant when the island is experiencing unusually cool temperatures. AMI ONLY allows for electric pool heaters. Our pool heater is brand new in 2025, although if island temperatures dip into the 40's-50's in the evening, pool heaters will struggle to keep up, even when running 24/7. We unfortunately can't guarantee the temperature to consistently remain at 83F when uncontrollable weather conditions present themselves. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire cottage and pool area. Other things to note Note: Anna Maria Island prohibits all pets on the beach (except service animals). Beach BBQs and bonfires are prohibited.
